Dont bother. Waste of space. Doesnt even work

It was really easy to get started, and my doctor messaged me back right away. Definitely good for all those little questions that randomly come up.

This app has been so useful (and helpful!). Dr. Kia is great - she patiently answered all of my questions and also brought up some things I didnt think about. Shes helping me get healthier and stay healthy. Now I talk to her when Im not feeling well but also when I have questions about general health (nutrition, sleep habits, etc.). Before First Opinion it was me and the Internet for all of my healthcare needs. Glad Ive moved on to something better!

I rarely write reviews of apps but I really like this one. Ive asked my doctor several questions and her responses have been helpful. I recommend it!

I had terrible abdominal pains and it was worrying me to death so I was desperate. I signed up for it and I was underage but I had i talk to someone professional. but all because I was a couple years underage they wouldnt even care about my condition. probably going to the hospital soon. thanks not!

If your just looking for advice its ok, everyone is very friendly and nice. If your looking to use there advanced services forget it. The doctor was suppose to speak to me for an antibiotic about 2 hours after I made initial contact. They cancelled 2 times. The last time they cancelled (12 hours into it) they wanted me to wait 3 days for the doctor to get back to me, kinda defeats the whole purpose of the app. My advice... Just goto your regular doctor. If urgent, goto an urgent care or emergency room!!

Part of getting older (late 20s ugh) is that I get sports injuries more easily and stay sick longer. Have a medical expert on-call is so handy so I dont have to schedule office visits with my high deductible plan. The web version makes it easy to have conversations too! Thanks Dr. Bosky!

I love this app! I love having a doctor 24/7 . Dr.Deepthi is so amazing! I love her, her advice is helpful and then when Im done talking to her she send more tips and tricks which is really nice it makes me feel like she cares.

I was recently worried about a rash on my leg and Dr. Kia was very helpful. She told me what to do and even checked up on me. I am very impressed! And the best part is the price, absolutely free (unless you need a prescription). Thank you so much.

This is an amazing application! When I cant go see a DR. For a while because appointments are too far out, the Drs. On this application really come through. They are very knowledgable and helpful!

The only reason for the 3 star rating is because I cant find anywhere in the description here or in the app itself how Im supposed to make a profile.

I wouldnt say it was a bad session, but no answers were given beyond the obvious. I get that demanding constant availability is ridiculous, but I felt that the answers given to me were hasty and unspecific. The doctor was, however, polite and quick. I did feel heard, the responses were not slow, and the information was helpful. However, it didnt feel like I was speaking to a person, which is what I desired. I can find the simple answers through Google, certainly. When speaking to a physician, however, I wish to be able to speak in depth, to be able to ask "why," or "do you have any examples?" I have read in previous reviews that responses seemed limited and scripted, and I would agree. Now, it is possible that the physician I spoke to is qualified and great in person. Perhaps it is merely the medium of text chat which created the awkward ambiance. My physician is also not from a country with English as its primary language, so fluency may have effected the starkness of the answers. It is also likely that I am being much too picky. My medical situation was not unusual, so my physician may not have felt the need to go into unnecessary detail. A vast majority of the almost three hundred people who have reviewed this app have given it five out of five stars, so I am certainly the odd one out. There are also many other physicians, so I may have gotten the one "sub-par" one. In any case, the app is brilliant and very responsive. It is also an app with great design! Thanks, and I apologize if my review was too harsh.

This app is great. No gimmicks here or being asked for credit card info! Just live chat with a doctor.

I got a UTI while out of state with no insurance. Thankfully I was able to get a prescription through this service and it was VERY affordable! My doctor, Dr. Bakhru, was absolutely amazing, kind and concerned. Thank you so incredibly much for making this app. I am truly grateful to have had a chance to get a prescription at 9 pm!

Too good of an app and amazing service and response.

Although I really find this app helpful, Im not getting any notification when the doctor texts me. I have to close out the app and reopen it. Please fix this. And yes, my notifications are turned on.

They ask for a picture of your id or passport in order to help you, so i sent one, and they told me they would get back to me in a few hours,.. its been more than a day and still no response even after I messaged them again. They have my information and they never helped me!!
