Ive asked my doctor a bunch of questions on this app. Shes knowledgable, and has given me helpful ideas.

You can talk to a doctor anytime, day or night. I had an issue with my ear not clearing after a ski trip. It wasnt bad enough to go to the ER but it was really bugging me. Using this app I learned what to do. No appointment, no waiting, and since I didnt need a prescription, it was free!

I worry about everything and it is the best feeling knowing I can get a professional doctors opinion about anything. I just dont have time/money to go urgent care every time Im worried about something. So this has been great for me and my busy schedule. Its convenient and I always get great advice from my doctor.

The new ability to connect with a local doctor and get basic prescriptions called in- without leaving the comfort of your couch!!- has taken this app from a cool informational tool to something really incredible. I hope this company sticks around!

This app saved me on a day when it was impossible for me to get to the doc. I talked to two doctors and they were both incredibly sweet and understanding as well as knowledgable. This app is revolutionary. And a great deal! Definitely highly highly recommend.

I had a question. I wondered how this would work and was super surprised and impressed. Friendly and quick response. Dr had good answers and made me feel comfortable. The answer is what I needed and I got it at 9pm on a Sunday night without leaving my home or tracking down a potentially unwilling doctor. Thanks!

I love how healthcare is becoming so user friendly! My First Opinion doctor continually touches base with me and encourages me with fitness and diet goals. This app is a must-have for everyone!

I had so many questions about my baby daughters cold/flu. I was able to have an in depth conversation with a doctor about all my concerns. The doctor gave me great treatment ideas and eased my mind about other symptoms. I had already called our pediatricians office. But I had a hurried phone call with a nurse and still didnt know what to do. There was no time limit here and the doctor will be checking back with me soon.

Scripted, useless garbage. Couldnt put me in contact with anyone who could write a prescription, kept saying the same thing over and over, couldnt answer basic questions. When I asked if they were a bot, I got told "Im sorry you feel that way". Reviews on other sites say this is a scam.

Recently downloaded this for a concern I had. I had previously researched my symptoms on google but wanted advice from an actual Doctor. I downloaded the app and started chatting immediately. After asking my question, the person on the other end quoted the exact word for word answer that was on WebMD, pretty sure it was copied and pasted. They then told me to consult a doctor. With my situation, I was not left any better off than I was before. I can see this maybe being helpful for someone who cant do any research for themselves, but I was disappointed and do not feel confident this person was an actual Doctor.

Terrible app. Downloaded a while ago, just used recently because of a concern I had and Im hit with a 9 dollar fee to send photos for 14 days... I read the reviews and I cant seem to understand why this app has such a high rating, the other half who rated this app clearly backs up my view point and justifies the inauthenticity of this app. Not worth the time nor effort, I suggest seeing your physician.

Best thing ever didnt have to miss work today to get all my questions answered very helpful love that they sent my prescription straight to my pharmacy and it was so easy

I’m not sure how First Opinion does it, but this app just keeps getting better. I love having access to my doctor by texting all the time. And I cant believe the service is free! I also really like the new feature that lets me upgrade to chat with a U.S. based licensed in my state. So cool. Highly recommend.

Free and paid services are both very good. Doctor was very caring and very helpful. One of the top health experiences I have had.

Usually, in my normal doctors office, I dont feel very comfortable having to ask the personal questions I need to know. I recently spoke to Dr. Pranava and she throughly answered my questions with confidence. It brought a lot of relief to me! I also loved how it will send you a notification while your phone is locked, letting you know your doctor messaged you back. She got back with me very quickly, and I didnt have to pay to receive a message within 3 minutes. I didnt have to pay at all actually. I highly recommend this app to those who dont have a lot of time on their work/school schedule to take a trip to a doctors office.

I was impressed with the quick response, but everything they told me I knew from googling my symptoms. The they wanted to charge me $39 to connect me with a doctor, which I can do for free on Google. No thanks.

Definitely beats going to an office and waiting for a doctors help. Process is very efficient, doctors are knowledgeable, service is convenient.
