Slow responses & there is always someone with more severe issues than yours just like a regular hospital , so Im always put behind a list of other people . With this service , Ill continue to be ignored by my real doctor .

I downloaded this app to ask some medical questions, as I am unable to see my doctor for another week and a half. I sent a message to "Dr. Deepthi," who the app connected me with. The initial message was met with a response saying something like "unable to load due to a character limit" and I was asked to send a more concise message, which I did. I was again met with the same response about it being too lengthy. Then I responded simply with, "can you read this one?" Again, I got the same response- my message was too long. My response then was "clearly this is a scam, thanks for wasting my time." Apparently, the word "scam" obliterates "Dr. Deepthis" character limit, because she sure responded to that, even though it is clearly longer than the message asking if she could read it. I told her I found that interesting that only the word "scam" warranted a response from her, and then she began acting as if she were rudely belittling me, saying "there were other people who needed immediate attention, and if a person would have cared to read the message properly, it specifically mentioned..." the character limit and asked for a shorter message. Which, if "Dr. Deepthi" would have cared to look back at the previous messages, she would have clearly seen that I obliged and sent her several concise messages which received the same response. In conclusion, DO NOT download this app if you really need advice until you can see your doctor. Unless, that is, you enjoy arguing with a belligerent, ignorant "doctor" over the Internet... then carry on!

Had a great chat with a doc just now! Highly recommended to anyone.

My daughter had a cough for a while and I wasnt sure if I should bring her in. My doctor was able to walk me through a few scenarios and I ended up deciding to wait it out and try a few things from home before bringing her in. Super helpful to talk it through with a doctor.

90% of the time when I use this app the doctor will tell me visit my own doctor because they cant diagnose over the app. Even for something simple when I explain my symptoms thoroughly.

Excellent support and customer care for free. No ads, no robots. Just real people who helped me with any questions I ask 24/7. Easy to set up and use as well. One of the best apps Ive honestly used...ever!!

Ive been using this app for a while and have gone through two doctors so far. Both of them were amazing, caring and very helpful to me. Always respond right away and I appreciate this app. Amazing own you really dont have to leave home anymore when youre sick.

This app is a waste of time. Ive used it twice now with no results. The first time I used it, the "diagnosis" I received (I was told I had a vitamin B and C deficiency), was nowhere near what I was later diagnosed with by a real doctor. The second time I used the app, my "doctors" recommendation was to "go see a doctor." Seriously?

Met my doctor and got talking very quickly. She offered some help and then followed up several times. My normal doctor doesnt even do that. Pretty amazing.

Idk why anyone would dislike this app. It is wonderful to receive advice from doctors at ALL HOURS of the day for free! Im in love with it!

Dr. Ankita eased my worries and asked lots of questions and gave me a detailed response. I am so appreciative to have her on my side! 5 stars.

This is incredible .. I met the most helpful , caring and kind Doctor ever she's Ankita .. she follows up with me to check on how do I feel ?? She remembers the case , responds very fast and you feel like she's a friend .. she is super amazing .. I loved her and the app as well

A real partner in parenting.

They are fast, give you attention, listen you and give some initial advisor. If you need, they have available a doctor that can meet you where you are. I liked the experience and I recommend.

If I could say 6 stars I would! Checks up on me to see how Im doing, and sent an email offering to take on my wife and kids as well. Excellent doctor.

This app is fantastic. I also got Dr. Ankita and she was really great. This app is perfect for anyone.

Overall very impressive service. The doctor I was paired up with (dr ankita) was very knowledgeable and thorough. I expected long wait times for responses but not only did she respond instantly, she followed up with me the next day to see how I was feeling. Anybody who owns an iPhone should own this app.

If you want a "doctor" from India, then this is the app for you! ... Pffff Ill pass.
