The app is very slick, but the service is not very useful. Basically, if you can look stuff up on WebMD, and if you know when something looks serious enough to go to an actual doctor, youre not going to gain anything from this app other than a polite and friendly pen pal.

The app is very well designed and easy to use. I was very unimpressed with one of the doctors. Upon asking a clarifying question her respond was "I already said"..., thats not a very fair response when youre receiving a lot of information at once- sometimes you do miss stuff.

I have severe agoraphobia and cant leave the house, so this is exceptionally helpful when I feel the need to talk to a doctor.

My grandson had an infected toe and he was going to go on a backpacking trip in two weeks. Using this app I was able to upload a photo and get a diagnosis within minutes. His doctor prescribed an antibiotic and we picked it up from our local pharmacy that same afternoon. It was so convienient, this is truly the future of medicine. I heartily recommend this app.

I’m not sure how First Opinion does it, but this app just keeps getting better. I love having access to my doctor by texting all the time, so much easier than going into an office. I also really like the new feature that lets me upgrade to chat with a U.S. based licensed in my state. So cool. Highly recommend.

Would have never guessed I could get personalized medical advice so quickly.

I had an upset stomach a few days ago and wasnt sure what to do or when to go see a physical doctor. My First Opinion doctor gave me a few remedies and also let me know when to see a doctor. She also followed up the next day, which was definitely surprising. Great service!

My family has been relatively healthy the past few months, so I havent talked with my doctor much, then over the last two weeks my kids just fell apart. My daughter woke up sick at 2am and Dr Manni was right there with us answering our questions. Then my one year old son tripped and smacked his head right into the corner of the coffee table and, once again, Dr Manni was right there helping us know what to look for to figure out how serious his head bonk was. I love this app!

If I could give it a zero I would. After I paid the doctor never responded to me. Your better off going to a real doctor!

The advice is awful! Its like they have to google my symptoms before they cant tell me what to do!

This is incredible .. I met the most helpful , caring and kind Doctor ever shes Ankita .. she follows up with me to check on how do I feel ?? She remembers the case , responds very fast and you feel like shes a friend .. I loved her and the app as well

I got matched to a random doctor based out of India?? I want to talk to a real doc... also the wait times are terrible and the service is incredibly poor. This app is a waste of space.

Easy to use, well-designed, and it provides an incredibly helpful service. My family has a history of heart disease, and Ive had some questions on my mind lately about my own health. I decided to try out this app to see if I could get some helpful information about cardiovascular health in general. My simple question turned into a serious discussion about my familys history with heart disease, and the steps that I should be taking to make sure Im as healthy as I can be. Dr. Bosky took a real interest in me. She encouraged me to go see a doctor, and to have the necessary tests done to properly evaluate my cardiovascular health. She also told me that shed be checking up on me soon to make sure I make an appointment. My last doctor just shuffled me through his office. Its a good feeling to have a relationship with a doctor who really cares about my well-being. I hope my new cardiologist is as helpful as Dr. Bosky.

I absolutely love this app! Im short on cash and cant always go to the doctor for every little thing, but I also always panic about every little medical thing, and this app does wonders. Its free and the doctor really makes you feel like they care about you while informing you of what could be wrong with you. Love it!!

I have been using this app without any issues and now suddenly it keep crashing

Ive used this app occasionally since this summer and while its helpful I feel like the response I get sometimes is basic common sense like oh it could be this and this but you should see a doctor because something which is probably minor could be bad. I thought of using this app instead of googling on online symptoms which makes me paranoid already would be better but now i dont know I wish there was an option too speak too more then one doctor all the time.

I give this app 4 stars because the doctor Ive connected with is very knowledgeable about health concerns, is polite, and is available all hours of the day. Suddenly the app has been crashing when I open it - even when I delete and redownload it . But besides this issue its one of the most practical apps Ive ever downloaded.

Dr. Ankita is so sweet and so helpful. Not only did she put my mind at ease, she reached out to me a week after we talked to make sure I was doing okay. I highly recommend this app and hope you get Dr. Ankita. :)

This app is amazing. I had a really bad health problem and because i just accepted a new job my health insurance was not valid yet. I went to City MD and for my particular issue they were unable to advise me. I knew i needed insight and luckily i connected with a great do tor - Dr. Deepthi. So kind and continued to follow up weeks later with me! so impressed by the service i received. Hopefully, I never run into any other issue, but if I do, I know where to go for advice. Thanks!

I was skeptical that this would be some robot and wouldnt even know what Im saying or take forever to get back to me but to my surprise a real doc got back to me regarding my grade 3 mcl tear and was extremely helpful. Wow! 5 stars all day!
