I found the whole thing to be rather unprofessional and time consuming. The doctor didnt appear to listen or help. I may use it again to give it a try. She was nice though.. Just not a good doctor.

Ever since I allowed this app to access HealthKit it just crashes as soon as I open it. Not sure how to fix this.

Im not sure why everyone doesnt have this app? Its so convenient when youre so busy and need to speak to a doctor. They replied fast and gave great advice. Ill be sharing this app with everyone I know

Hi ! I tried this app a few times now and I get fast replies but she dont talk like a doctor. Lack of knowledge

Omg i wish i could give this app a 10 star. Dr.Bosky was literally texting me back in 30 seconds! If not, less. This is a great app for advice ! She was great! I will most definitely recommend it for your own personal doctor.

I love it its like having a doctor in your pocket response is quick and advice is really helpfull hope if it becomes really popular they will be able to maintain a good service like that Im impressed!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I found this app after becoming worried about a pain I was having. After downloading it the doctor who I talked too was very reassuring and gave me a few at home remedies! The remedies worked and the next day I got an email from them checking in on me to make sure all was good. The team definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and this is all in a free app, absolutely amazing!!!

This app is a mist-have for everyone! Dr.Kia is very knowledgable, sweet and fast in her replies. She also followed up with me a day after! That was an awesome experience!

This is an incredible app for when life hits you with a strange and often painful twist! The doctor came to me in about a minute and was very kind and helpful. It was like having a conversation with a friend! Its free too!

This app is the greatest thing ever. Whenever you are worried about a medical issue amazing doctors are there to help you. Finally Dr.Bosky was absolutely lovely

It honestly is an amazing app! For minor to moderate issues, this saves the time, money and hassle of making a doctors appointment. Even for screening for serious issues, the doctors on this app will be able to tell you if its something that can be treated at home or something that needs to have more serious medical care.

When I read "Free 24/7" I thought this would be a great way to voice some concerns and questions I had before paying to see a doctor in person and possibly not even needing any treatment. I started messaging the doctor I got connected with, and all seemed find until she asked me to send her a photo of my area of concern which you need to pay $9 to do. So I told her, Im sorry I do not have a credit card. So of course instead of helping me however she can with the information I had given her, she insisted I go to Walmart and buy a pre-paid debit/gift card to pay for the charge with... um thanks for the medical advice doc but no thanks. I have a feeling they make a percentage of the money they are able to pull in for the app or something. Im very disappointed. Just goes to show no one really wants to help anyone without getting something out of it.

Dont use this app its a rip off. Spent $9 just to be told to see my doctor. I was sent generic responses of "I see" " I understand" "sorry you have to go through this" and after all of that when I asked if there is anything they can do for me, I was told to see my Doctor. If thats the case Id use the $9 I spent on sending pictures for part of my copay to see my Doctor. If i can give this app a negative star for ever dollar I Spent then I would. Rip off, dont do it, just use the money to see a doctor in person. Obviously this app is not capable of doing the things it says in the add or description. What a joke.

I recently talked to Dr. Deepthi on a matter that has been on my mind. She was great. Answered all my questions quick and kindly. She really seems to care about who is on the other side of the app. This app is so convenient. I love how its free UNLESS you want to pay for notes. Which you dont even really need. I would recommend this to friends and family for sure. Definitely a keeper app. I had to leave a review, and i never leave reviews!

This app is so fake. She wasnt even giving me the right responses to my questions ! Wouldnt recommend

Honestly Dr. Bosky was a very good listener. I thought this was going to be a fake account with programmed responses but she actually responded specifically with my issue. She gave so many tips and so much advice. Highly recommended.

I honestly dont even know weather or not to trust them. I had created two accounts just so I could be connected with different "doctors" (I also had two questions) yet their response to both questions when asked was to see a doctor for a physical exam. They often go back and forth on their information as I had asked about an infection I was scared of having and at first was told its very unlikely and when I asked if in her opinion she thought I had that infection she either avoided the question or told me that I should consider seeing a doctor for a physical exam because she couldnt tell.

I have a personalized set up. I can reach out at any time and shell respond. Its awesome dont pass it up. Of course always look into things your self but she pretty much told me what I had just read in between messages. Great app Im going to keep it.
