Neat Idea but Falls Flat

I think this is a great tool to get you through until you see your doctor. The potential health benefits would be amazing. Where it falls flat is in the legal jargon. I asked a very specific, yes or no question, and the doctor Im talking to can only use the scripted version of, talk to your doctor. This happened multiple times. I just wanted to know possible causes for a speeding heart rate and she would not give me a list. Im only asking because Im concerned. I dont know the legalities but they need to come up with a better way to answer specific questions. My experience with this app is highly disappointing.
