Waste of time and money

Dont use this app its a rip off. Spent $9 just to be told to see my doctor. I was sent generic responses of "I see" " I understand" "sorry you have to go through this" and after all of that when I asked if there is anything they can do for me, I was told to see my Doctor. If thats the case Id use the $9 I spent on sending pictures for part of my copay to see my Doctor. If i can give this app a negative star for ever dollar I Spent then I would. Rip off, dont do it, just use the money to see a doctor in person. Obviously this app is not capable of doing the things it says in the add or description. What a joke.
